1. Transplant Unwrapped offers webinars, support group, patient stories, and social media posts. Which of these do you find most helpful and why?

Is there a different day of the week or time that would be better?

2. Currently our support group is offered the last Wed of the month at 7pm Eastern.

Is once a month enough? If no, how often would you like them?

Is there a specialized breakout group you would like to participate in? (such as young adult, short bowel, caregiver etc)

4. Transplant Unwrapped acknowledges that grief can be a part of chronic illness journey and is considering adding a place to grieve.

What does grief mean to you? (examples may include but not limited to: death of someone you know and/or donor, loss of health, loss of ability to do something or be something)
